Victor Chandler Poker VIP Programme Terms and Conditions

Your participation in the VIP Programme shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Victor Chandler Poker's VIP Programme membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of Victor Chandler Poker.
• Victor Chandler Poker reserves the right to terminate or amend VIP Programme membership and benefits at its sole discretion and at any time.
• Participation in the VIP Programme is subject to the terms and conditions of the Programme. Victor Chandler Poker reserves the right to modify, add or delete these Programme rules at any time with or without notice, though Victor Chandler Poker will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these General Terms and Conditions and the other VIP pages on a regular basis in order to determine if Victor Chandler Poker has amended the provision.
• Victor Chandler Poker retains the sole right to interpret and apply the VIP Club Programme rules.
• Membership in the Victor Chandler Poker VIP Programme is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.
• Only individuals are eligible for membership in the VIP Programme. Only the individual named in the Victor Chandler Poker account may play under that account.
• Membership is offered at the discretion of Victor Chandler Poker. Victor Chandler Poker may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.
• VIP levels are reviewed and changed on the 1st of each month and , with the exception of 500 Carat Diamond, are determined by a player’s monthly Action Point average over the previous three months at the ratio of 55% / 30% / 15% where 55% relates to the monthly Action Point generation in the month immediately prior to the level review. Entry into the 500 Carat Diamond VIP Level requires a player to accrue 500,000 Action Points for three consecutive months. A player that accrues 500,000 Action Points in three consecutive months will receive 500 Carat Diamond VIP status and will retain their status for a period of at least one year from the date of attaining said status, regardless of their Action Point accrual thereafter.
• Victor Chandler Poker Action Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way except in relation to advertised VIP Rewards.
• Any abuse of the Programme or failure to follow Programme rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued Victor Chandler Poker Action Points.
• Victor Chandler Poker General Terms and Conditions also apply to the VIP Programme.
• Decisions of Victor Chandler Poker staff and management about any aspect of the VIP Programme will be final.

VIP Cash Back Terms and Conditions

• Requests for VIP Cash Back (excepting Diamond VIP Enhanced Cash Back and 500 Carat Diamond Cash Back) must be submitted by email to VIP@pokersupport.com and must include your username and the amount of Action Points you wish to redeem.
• Players eligible for Diamond Enhanced Cash Back and 500 Carat Diamond Cash Back are not required to submit a claim and will be credited any Cash Back due on the 1st of each month.
• Standard requests for the VIP Cash Back may be made at any time during a calendar month.
• Claims for the VIP Cash Back may not be stacked i.e. a claim submitted in December for October is not valid – only claims relating to Action Point accrual in the calendar month immediately prior to the request will be accepted.
• You may only redeem an amount of Action Points equal to or less than that generated in the previous calendar month.
