VIP Reload Terms and Conditions

• Requests for the VIP Reload must be submitted by email to VIP@pokersupport.com and must include your username and the amount of Action Points you wish to redeem.
• Action Points will be redeemed at the rate of $5 for every 1,000 Action Points redeemed.
• Redemptions will only be made in multiples of 1,000 Action Points.
• Only one VIP Reload per player per month is permitted.
• Requests for the VIP Reload may be made at any time during a calendar month.
• Claims for the VIP Reload may not be stacked i.e. a claim submitted in December for October is not valid – only claims relating to Action Point accrual in the calendar month immediately prior to the request will be accepted.
• You may only redeem an amount of Action Points equal to or less than that generated in the previous calendar month, subject to the maximum allowable for your Tier.

VIP Tournament Access Terms and Conditions

• In the event of a player winning the land based tournament for which their redemption of Action Points has gained them entry, that player will be sponsored by Victor Chandler Poker for an additional land based tournament of an equal buy-in or more including travel and accommodation expenses.
• The player shall retain 100% of their winnings from any land based tournament originating from Action Point redemption and 75% of their winnings from any land based tournament originating from sponsorship.
• In the event of a player winning any tournament resulting from sponsorship, said player will be offered an additional sponsorship deal of no less a value than the previous sponsorship deal and so on in perpetuity.
• The continuation of sponsorship is limited to one continuation offer per sponsorship deal.
• Players participating in any tournament, whether originating from Action Point redemption or sponsorship;
  1. Agree to wear Victor Chandler Poker branded apparel (as provided by Victor Chandler Poker) for the duration of each event played.
  2. Grant Victor Chandler Poker exclusive rights to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses for marketing purposes and agree to participate in scheduled photo opportunities, press conferences, interviews and other publicity oriented activities such as receptions, parties, etc (again whilst wearing Victor Chandler Poker branded apparel) and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use/appearances. This obligation extends for a period of 12 months from time of end of the land based tournament. The poker room will be responsible for any costs associated in meeting these obligations. Failure to comply with either of these terms will result in the forfeiture of all present and future sponsorship.
• Player agrees to share all tournament winnings with Victor Chandler Poker on a 75%/25% basis in favour of the player for tournaments played in arising from any sponsorship deal.
• Sponsorship prize packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• By redeeming Action Points for any land based tournament entry, the player agrees to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

New Player and VIP Freerolls Terms and Conditions

• VIP Freerolls will be open for registration 2 hours prior to the commencement of the tournament.
• VIP Freerolls will be restricted to 2,000 registrations.
• Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Limited Time New Player Introductory Offer Terms & Conditions

• The Limited Time New Player Introductory Offer of a free token into the $2,500,000 GP event is open to all real money accounts opened between 10th June 2008 and 31st August 2008.
• Any player opening a real money account between the dates stated above and accruing 100,000 Action Points through play in real money cash games and tournaments within 30 days of opening said account will (a) be awarded a token worth $1,560 for the $2,500,000 GP and (b) have their VIP level automatically upgraded to Diamond.
• Players opening a new real money account on or after 8th August 2008 will have until 23.59.59 GMT on 6th September 2008 in which to achieve the 100,000 Action Point target and qualify for the free token offer.

Beginners Freerolls Terms and Conditions

• The Beginner Freerolls are open to players for their first 90 days from sign up
• Any player can play in only 4 Beginner Freerolls in any 7 day period within the 90 day period.
• Registration for any Beginner Freeroll will commence one hour before the start time.

General Promotion - Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of all bonus codes in the Poker Room. By using a promotion code the player agrees to all the following Terms & Conditions and any amendments that may be made.

1. In certain instances (e.g. a first deposit bonus and a subsequent reload bonus), a player may be enrolled in more than one promotion at a time. In the event of this occurence, bonuses will be queued in the order in which the player has signed up for the pertinent bonus. The first bonus must be realised in its entirety before the player can then begin to release the second bonus in the queue.
2. A player will be considered as enrolled in a promotion until that promotion (or bonus) has been released in its entirety or the promotion (or bonus) reaches the expiration date in the rules governing that particular promotion - whichever comes first.
3. If the promotion has an Action Point (AP) requirement, the player must accumulate the required number of Action Points through participation in real money cash games and tournaments before the expiry date of the promotion.
4. First deposit match promotions can only be used for the first deposit that the player makes. These promotions will not be valid on any subsequent deposits.
5. All deposit match bonuses will only offer a bonus based on the single deposit from the player used in conjunction with the bonus code. Multiple deposits can not be used towards any deposit match promo.
6. For all deposit match and grant promotions, the player must accumulate 60 Action points through participation in real money cash games and tournaments for every $1 of bonus awarded with bonuses released in $5 increments.
7. Grant promotions may have a cash or a non-cash bonus.
8. Grant promotions may have a variable AP requirement for bonuses.
9. The number of AP required to fulfil a promotion can be seen under “Bonuses” in “My Account”, accessible through the client.
10. Where a player has enrolled in a promotion that has an AP requirement, all APs accumulated through participation in real money cash games and tournaments will go towards fulfilling the bonus until the requirement is met, or the promotion ends.
11. Once the player has fulfilled any AP requirement the bonus will be credited into the player's poker account immediately unless otherwise specified.
12. In instances where player accounts are funded solely by Victor Chandler Poker (e.g. Free Cash Offers), Victor Chandler Poker reserves the right to withdraw unused funds from dormant accounts subject to player notification of pending withdrawal.
13. Additional Terms & Conditions may exist for specific bonuses. These will be displayed on the website, the publication the bonus was advertised, and/ or available from Customer Services. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with any additional Terms and Conditions for individual promotions.
14. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry date, the end date, and the AP requirement for specific bonuses. This information will be available from the website, the publication the promotion is advertised in, and/ or from Customer Services.
15. The Poker Room reserves the right to withhold, amend, or withdraw all promotions without notice.
