$1,000,000 WSOP Guarantee Terms and Conditions

*WSOP and World Series of Poker (from now on referred to as the Main Event, Event and/or World Series)

1. Entrants must be 21 years of age to play in the Event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Players may participate in satellites if they are at least 18 years of age.
2. By participating in a satellite of any kind on Victor Chandler Poker, or in the Event, you grant Victor Chandler Poker the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
3. All players who qualify through to the Event are required to wear Victor Chandler Poker logo-wear exclusively.
4. Cash qualifiers are encouraged to wear Victor Chandler Poker logo-wear exclusively.
5. You may be required to sign a waiver prior to playing in the *World Series of Poker. This waiver may include permission to film and broadcast your participation in the World Series. You agree to sign any waiver required by the World Series and/or its broadcast partners (such as ESPN). If you do not sign this waiver, you will not be permitted to play in the Main Event, and will forfeit your entry, without compensation.
6. During the Event, strict rules regarding player behaviour will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behaviour that the Event sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the Event as a result of any rules infraction, Victor Chandler Poker assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
7. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your Victor Chandler Poker account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages.
8. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the Victor Chandler Poker $1,000,000 WSOP Guarantee, the decision of Victor Chandler Poker management is final.
9. If you win First Place in the Main Event, you are eligible to receive the following "$1,000,000 Sponsorship Bonus", subject to the conditions set out below:

You are eligible to receive the Sponsorship bonus on condition that (a) you are a Sponsored Player (defined as having won your way there via qualifiers, satellites or Main Event promotions on Victor Chandler Poker, (b) you wear only a Victor Chandler Poker branded shirt for the entire time you are playing in the Main Event and (c) you enter into a two-year exclusive endorsement contract with Victor Chandler Poker permitting Victor Chandler Poker to use your name, likeness, voice and image in marketing and promotion campaigns in any media whatsoever, and you will cooperate fully with Victor Chandler Poker in the production thereof as and when required by us. Further, the endorsement contract will include provisions under which you will be obligated to assist Victor Chandler Poker and act as a Victor Chandler Poker spokesperson during the Event and for two calendar years thereafter, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by Victor Chandler Poker. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that the final table bonus shall be your complete compensation for entering into the aforementioned endorsement contract unless Victor Chandler Poker elects, at its sole discretion, to compensate you further in any way.
10. A hard copy of the Terms and Conditions above must be signed in the presence of a Victor Chandler Poker employee prior to your play in any World Series event. All players will be required to show a valid picture ID or passport.
